The BioFi Metagraph is live on Constellation Network mainnet. It has run without interruption since 10 August, posting a snapshot roughly every 45 seconds.
When we last wrote about Constellation in May, the metagraph was running on IntegrationNet with final user acceptance testing complete, waiting on a Constellation Layer 1 release to move to production. That release landed, the cutover is done, and the metagraph is now doing its work on mainnet.
What it is: a dedicated authentication layer for the Phēnix Portal. It validates access events, applies risk scoring, and anchors final decisions to Constellation Layer 1. Specialized logic and data handling stay inside the metagraph, so personal data does not leave it. What lands on the Hypergraph is the decision record: permanent, public, and impossible to change without everyone seeing it.
Check it yourself
- The metagraph ID is
DAG2JaVh5yYiPCGLLEFi6tfkKk77WA4FzivVdBek - It is listed as BioFi on DAG Explorer, where you can watch snapshots land in real time
- Constellation’s Tessellation v3.5.21 release notes record the BioFi genesis address entering the state channel allow list
The metagraph runs on three managed Constellation nodes, and fees for every snapshot are paid on-chain in $DAG.
Thank you for staying the course. It took longer than anyone wanted. It is live now, and you can verify it yourself any hour of any day.
